Bank account application
It would have really helped if all the details for the business accounts including what they were offering was included rather than expecting customers to make a choice from the limited list with limited info. I choose to go with another company recommended to me but if i had waited there was some really good offers from the company (I choose from the list) as i could not move on with my registration. The offers were not clear.

Not Reliable for Quick Registrations: My Experience with Companies MadeSimple
I recently used Companies MadeSimple for company formation and found the experience quite disappointing. The company registration was not completed within the 24-hour timeframe, and my digital certificate was delayed even further. When I requested a refund, I was informed that due to the incorporation status being pending, a cancellation or refund was not possible. If you’re a contractor or need quick registration, I would advise against using their service. The delay meant I couldn't make another application directly to HMRC with the same company name, adding to my frustration. This delay also posed a significant risk of losing a contract because I couldn’t provide the requested documentation on time. For a faster process, I recommend registering directly on the HMRC website, as the procedure is more efficient and straightforward. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Companies MadeSimple due to their lack of transparency and inadequate support.

Easy to set up a company and when I needed fast-track service after submitting the application, I called the team and all was done very smoothly.

Extremely difficult to deal with
Extremely difficult to deal with. It takes weeks for the ID checks to be completed because they constantly request additional documents, even though everything has already been submitted multiple times. People are senselessly harassed here and nothing else. If you want a quick registration, go elsewhere. You will be long dead by the time your company is finally formed.

Confirmation Statement issue resolved quickly!!
Had a great experience with Anita K who has deep expertise when I was looking to resolve an issue with our company's Confirmation Statement. She resolved it in less than a couple hours. Highly recommend the company's service and if you are lucky enough to encounter her you will not be disappointed.

Too many affiliate companies
Too many affiliate companies to deal with. At times it was confusing to see what was actually legally required and what was an affiliate trying to get me to sign up. My experience in the past was good but I will probably shop around for my next company. Companies MadeSimple strip back and make it simple again!
