Bank account application
It would have really helped if all the details for the business accounts including what they were offering was included rather than expecting customers to make a choice from the limited list with limited info. I choose to go with another company recommended to me but if i had waited there was some really good offers from the company (I choose from the list) as i could not move on with my registration. The offers were not clear.

I would definitely recommend Companies…
I would definitely recommend Companies Made Simple as it does exactly that. I've never owned a Company before and they vompleted this for me fast and efficiently. They also provide aftercare which I'm sure I will be using in the future.

Use tide banking to register a free company name
I purchased an office address last year with a company registration that I haven’t put to use but needed to get it before someone else did. Renewal passed a week ago, I tried cancelling but they demanded I pay the £29.99 renewal fee even if I’m not using the company name, or remove their address. The latter is a bit time consuming because I didn’t have the code to login and change the address. Now they keep on sending g threatening emails with bold capital letters (it’s meaningless to me). You can report me to companies house, no problem, the company is winding down anyway. My best recommendation is to use tide banking to register a company name for free and use their office address at Hoxton for £11.99 per month. No threatening emails like these losers. Have used Companies Made Simple a lot in the past, never ever again! And I will tell everyone the same in my tech field.

Excellent Customer Experience
They responded swiftly to every email. They made the effort to do the necessary due diligence to register my company, whereas other company formation agents had refused me outright because of my country of residence. I commend their professionalism and great service.
