AVOID COLLINGWOOD AT ALL COSTS! Take into consideration all negative reviews and don’t overlook it like I did!!! Before purchasing I called them to double check everything and was mislead over the phone, which made me go for the worse option. I misunderstood the fine prints because they were not clearly written, and are also misleading. Not to mention the spelling mistakes over the emails exchanged. I purchased learner insurance for a set amount of months, passed my driving test before the policy ended and they are refusing to refund the money for the months I will not use the learner insurance (which I have no option but to cancel). I’ve lost £160. They are claiming I never spoke to one of their agents which is a lie. Why would I have bought a policy over others without having spoken to anyone? Do not recommend them in the slightest! Go for reputable insurance companies instead, cheap becomes costly and it’s not worth it! Regardless of policy you go for its clear that you will be at loss!

Talked to Michelle about new driver insurance, she made everything really clear and made sure we understood and answered any questions before moving on. She did everything she could to make things easier and cheaper for me, would highly recommend NuBee to anyone looking for insurance after passing your test. Also Collingwood insurance for learner drivers.
Overall I’m satisfied with the service
Agree with other reviews, you will be charged heavily when cancelling your policy (which as a learner drivers policy you will have to cancel when you pass your test!). I was charged a cancellation fee and a% of my premium which was £56 which is basically 2 extra months. Not good for young learners. I spoke to someone on the telephone when taking out this policy and was not made aware of this otherwise I wouldn’t have taken the policy
When my son past his test he cancelled his policy and was shocked to find he owed £13.80 due to the cancellation fee. When we said we wouldn’t cancel then they said it was too late. We had thought we would get money back as we had only used six months of an annual policy so would have enough to cover the cancellation fee. I always thought the cancellation fee was to cover admin to process a refund not a money making scheme. I also did not like the unfriendly call handler who informed us that we would have to pay them money rather than them pay us money. I felt it was a term and condition they told delight in imposing. It is their loss as we will not be recommending Collingwoods to all my son’s friends who are now starting to learn to drive.
