AVOID COLLINGWOOD AT ALL COSTS!
AVOID COLLINGWOOD AT ALL COSTS! Take into consideration all negative reviews and don’t overlook it like I did!!! Before purchasing I called them to double check everything and was mislead over the phone, which made me go for the worse option. I misunderstood the fine prints because they were not clearly written, and are also misleading. Not to mention the spelling mistakes over the emails exchanged. I purchased learner insurance for a set amount of months, passed my driving test before the policy ended and they are refusing to refund the money for the months I will not use the learner insurance (which I have no option but to cancel). I’ve lost £160. They are claiming I never spoke to one of their agents which is a lie. Why would I have bought a policy over others without having spoken to anyone? Do not recommend them in the slightest! Go for reputable insurance companies instead, cheap becomes costly and it’s not worth it! Regardless of policy you go for its clear that you will be at loss!

Sarah is one of the most friendliest call takers ever she is great at her job and really interested in what’s happening in your life she is on top of the call and has never made me feel like a chore the call is managed professionally and can still have a laugh with her she has a great personality and was always there when my wife died 2 year ago a call her my Samaritan just having someone happy bubbly and ready to listen even thou it’s just paying a taxi insurance

Outstanding Insurance company with excellent customer service
I always look forward to speaking with Sarah Henderson who is very professional and deals with my request with utmost professionalism. She's very friendly, always full of laughter and happiness, and does her job diligently. And like the rest of the team, Collingwood Insurance is doing well, takes care of her customers and I have no regrets being insured by them. Keep up the good work.

Funny honest professional & easy to deal with
Have been dealing with Sarah for about 16 months now and to be honest if it weren’t for her I’d of moved insurance company by now I’m sure there’s a lot of people would say the same. She’s funny very helpful honest while still being very professional. Feel like I have known her for years, amazing woman just so easy to deal With and always cheers me up thanks Sarah your the best!!
