AVOID COLLINGWOOD AT ALL COSTS! Take into consideration all negative reviews and don’t overlook it like I did!!! Before purchasing I called them to double check everything and was mislead over the phone, which made me go for the worse option. I misunderstood the fine prints because they were not clearly written, and are also misleading. Not to mention the spelling mistakes over the emails exchanged. I purchased learner insurance for a set amount of months, passed my driving test before the policy ended and they are refusing to refund the money for the months I will not use the learner insurance (which I have no option but to cancel). I’ve lost £160. They are claiming I never spoke to one of their agents which is a lie. Why would I have bought a policy over others without having spoken to anyone? Do not recommend them in the slightest! Go for reputable insurance companies instead, cheap becomes costly and it’s not worth it! Regardless of policy you go for its clear that you will be at loss!

I’ve been insuring a vehicle with this company since around October 2022 and have spoke to Sarah most weeks since then. She is such a lovely person to talk to, goes above and beyond with her customer service. Very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Always asks after the family and had a lot of comforting words when a massive tragedy hit our family earlier this year. As far as customer service goes, Sarah is outstanding. 5 stars every time.

Every time I speak to Sarah it is a pleasure. She is very friendly and always take care on a personal level, she doesn’t treat you like a ‘number’ like some other companies do with their customers. She is always friendly, polite and always answers any questions in a very efficient manner and takes the time to ask how you are and/or how your day has gone. Sarah is a brilliant example of what customer service should be.
