I seen a beautiful picture of crystal or glass sun catchers...so I ordered 2.. about $20 each ...just got em...cheep plastic...I want my money back....

Some of the items purchased were lacking.. The hummingbird was plastic, and two dimensional instead of glass and three dimensional as pictured. The weed pulling device came without a handle.

I received my order for Fan A/C Cooling Ace - Grey. I charged it and it worked as a fan. It then needed to be recharged. When fully charged I tried to turn it on and nothing happened. Please advise me on when I did wrong and how to fix it. July
I purchased the Brave Wing Wreath after watching a detailed video of how it was very detailed constructed by a military family and was very impressed by the video and quality. I ordered two for $59.99. After weeks of waiting and tracking the package from China which I was unaware. I received the a thin package through the USPS and was stunned at the poor quality and misrepresentation of what was advertised. I immediately contacted the company to return for which policy stated I had 30 days only to learn they were sorry I was unhappy and would offer me $8.00 to make it better! If I insisted on returning for a refund shipping charges would be over $50. If anyone knows who I can officially contact to report this company, I will do so to save other potential customers from wasting their money. I will also keep a vigilant eye on my credit card charges as this is a dishonest company and obviously isn’t making their money from selling quality products. Confirmation and shipping information were sent under the company name of Sherum, other company names related to this product is Dotmalls and Naturliva, BEWARE
Order date: June 17, 2024 Order number: 89470 Cost: $39.98 Item: “Brave Wings Wreath” On June 17, 2024 at 7:44am, I was on the internet and saw an image of “Naturliva Brave Wings Wreath” on the website. The image and story behind the wreath of a retired military person who created the wreath in 3D, out of wood pieces he had in his wood shop. His daughter loved it as much as he did and together they decided to make more wreaths so others could purchase them also. I learned that the creator was donating a part of the proceeds to the military who have served our beautiful country. The original cost was $59.99, 50% reduced to $29.99 plus $9.99 for shipping. Being in a military family myself, my husband served 37 1/2 years in the Air Force/ Air National Guard, I immediately decided to buy a wreath just like the one I saw. I had great hopes of proudly displaying this wreath and telling other soldiers, families and friends know about them. At 8:44am on June 17, 2024 I was texted by “Sherum” that my order #89470 was finished. He also left a new code in case I wanted to place another order until July 1, 2024. Again the image shown on the internet site shows 3D effects of life-like feathers on the wings and head. The next text was at 9:01am on June 17, 2024 saying that $39.98 would be deducted from my credit card, ($29.99 for wreath plus $9.99 shipping). Yesterday, June 25 at noon, my mailman delivered a very thin (1/4 inch) package to my door. I was amazed when I carefully opened the package that it was a single, 1/8 inch piece of flat wood of the “Brave Wings Wreath.” It was FLAT, not at all like the 3D image of the item on sale on the website. It looks like a flat painting of the original item! I am not happy! For the cost of $39.98, this was very disappointing, false advertisement and maybe even fraudulent. No where in the ordering process did it say that it was a flat piece of wood - it looked 3D, created out of multiple pieces of wood. I would have the full cost of the wreath in 3D at $59.99 than what I received. I would have waited months, even a year to receive the 3D “Brave Wings Wreath” in the original advertisement. Please respond back to me, and change your advertising so others will know it is a flat piece of wood not three dimensional. Mary

This is a scam. I did not receive the product yet they reported it was shipped. Once I investigated the product went to new jersey Yet I live in canada. This was to be the one and only Christmas present. What a disappointment!
The issue I have is the ad for this 'robot' that appears larger (almost twice the size) from the ad to what is actually received. This is a mis-leading ad and used (I suppose) to entice buyers to purchase something not quite as depicted in the ad. It's Xmas gift so I hope, although size deficient, it functions as I did not test it

The tennis shoes were not what was represented in the picture. Communicaiton is not made easy. Their return policy is made impossible. I believe it to be a scam web site. It is being used by China to sell products with no recourse, if not up to specifications. Buyer be ware.
I order this back on 9.11.23 and was told 3-5 days I still have not received it yet are you all just taking people money shame on you. In Jesus name everything you touch will fail until you do right by the one who money you have taken I am also reporting you all to the BBB

I ordered (without checking on them) hummingbird feeders that came with 30 day money back offer. They are very cheaply made (what was I thinking) so I sent an email for assistance to return. They said it would cost $50 - $80 to return to the warehouse in China, but they would offer $15 towards that. How can I trust that I would get the $15, but MORE IMPORTANTLY, HOW CAN I TRUST THAT ID RECEIVE one penny of the purchase price? I’ve been duped!
I also purchased bra from dotmalls and colapa. They use many names as any scammers do. Address on website in New Jersey but now I find they are in China. Govt should be working on this kind of scams but they just turn their head. I put a stop payment on them.
I perchase a pair of f reading glasses they do not focus as they advitised i can see from far with then as wth out then close is worse ,wanted to return have to send to china,they claimed it will cost 50. to 80 dollars to ship I pay some 44.00 dollars. filling complaint with BBB,please do not buy anything from this company.thank you
