I do much hate their verification process is soo annoying I have tried to verify my ID so many times still they won’t verify me smh such a waste of time and effort

Scammed me for 200$+
I earned more than 2k$ and had the 2nd highest rank on the site, but even though they say a chargeback rate up to 10% is fine, they banned me after I got a chargeback that brought my chargeback rate to 2.7%. They also held some of my withdrawals previously and the support wrote some nonesense about multiple accounts (my account was kyc verified) which they also put in as ban reason after the chargeback, since they can't put the 2.7% chargeback rate there. They scammed me for around 200$ that were still held
