I do much hate their verification process is soo annoying I have tried to verify my ID so many times still they won’t verify me smh such a waste of time and effort

Over 72 hour but no response from support. ticket #57544. I get reply but not solve my problem. identity verification face not match problem. I already try 6 times two month ago and after that you remove it for me. Then why again ask for identity. I already prove that I am not a bot. So, please kindly again remove my KYC. I explain in detail in my ticket. Update: Try again and again failed. This is very poor system. It will not work I think. Why don't you just remove my KYC verification again?

Withdrawal problems
I have tried to set up bitcoin wallet to withdraw my coins. Unfortunately coinpayu ask for CODE which they should send to my email. I have not received any email with such CODE. It looks they do not want to send any coins to their customers. My username is jaasus at yahoo.com

I spent over an hour today working on this and every survey that I completed it actually said I did complete and then a little pop-up screen shows up right at the end which it should not it says you have been disqualified for him every survey but it said I completed it this is an add-on that is done by the programmers and developers to steal the money because it wasn't like this in the beginning

6 minute withdrawal.
I don’t know if this is normal but I just made a DOGE withdrawal and got it in 6 minutes. It’s my first time trying one of these crypto sites and all I can say is Coinpayu is fantastic. I made my withdrawal for 464.76 DOGE at 12:16pm west coast time today and they sent it to my address at 12:22pm. I don’t know what super team they have employed or if everything’s automated but keep doing what you’re doing. Leaving a 5 star review is the least I can do. Edit (April 22, 2025): I’ve withdrawn two more times. 828.65 DOGE ($128.48) and 196.34 DOGE ($30.50). They sent the first one in 7 minutes and the second one in 12 minutes. I had to triple check the transaction history just to be sure. Absolutely incredible.
