Can not keep my Cloudpen 3.0 operating. Sent back original. Battery pin problem. Replacement has the same problem. Poor design. If I keep tweezers, needle nose pliers and a magnifying glass handy, it's a party!

3.0 and Paragon functionality the best!

I was gifted the cloud pen 3.0 in concentrate gray, when I got it the battery's pins were uneven causing the atomizers to not connect properly. Customer service sent me a replacement battery once I provided them with the tracking number of the damaged one I was replacing. When the new battery came I was disappointed to find that the trim was silver (the cloud pen 3.0 in concentrate gray has gold trim) and the battery was actually for a 2.0. Disappointed, I called cloud pen and told them the situation, they were very apologetic for the mistake they made and sent me a new one fed ex NEXT DAY SHIPPING and let me keep the old battery. Cloud Pen honors their warranties and goes to great lengths to keep customers satisfied. Despite the initial trouble with the battery and the mix up, I would order again due to their ability to solve problems quickly and nicely.

Great store, sometimes run low on inventory, replacements could be cheaper.

I have been a cloud pen customer for many years it's obvious that you guys really use the product you make. A couple improvements that I would make on the Paragon would be1) full ceramic tank , 2) anodized very coarse threading on the atomizers3) internal ceramic dab tool that goes inside the tank to reduce wastage and messiness

This pen vape is great for people that like to smoke on the go but want to be discreet about it. The battery holds a decent charge, you can usually get a number of great sessions out of it before you need to plug it in. If you get the kit, it comes with a travel case and some cool accessories. I mostly use it for oils and waxes but you can get a cbd tank for the more viscous concentrates. It does come with a herb bowl but it seems rather small to me so I don't bother. I wish this unit had the donut atomizers like the paragon unit that cloud offers. The medi atomizers work great but you do need to replace them often if you session hard as they do get clogged. Over all this pen unit is a solid buy, the customer service is great and the options are solid. I recommend this company to all my friends in the market for a quality, affordable , discreet smoking apparatus
