The wax pen works great but the dry herb atomizer is terrible, it has broken twice the last time cloudpen sent me the wrong Atomizer

4 out of 5 due to a few things: First off the cloudpen 3.0 works great. Exactly what I wanted. The product gets a 5 out of 5. When I ordered my address was correct on my confirmation but when it was sent the apartment number was left off and the delivery driver gave it to wrong apartment. I had to track it down myself making a bunch of phone calls. He should have just delivered to clubhouse, that's half on the driver half on the person printing the label. When I finally received package I opened it up and the battery part was missing. The most important piece not in there. I was so disappointed as I paid for 2 day shipping and I finally find package day 4. Cloud pen support immediately followed up with a response to me email asking for the battery. They sent one out overnight. So support also gets a 5 out of 5.

Customer service is very hard to get a hold of but are friendly and helpful once you can contact them but was very hard for me to get any of them on the phone.

Excellent product, the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had a problem with 2 batteries, but the company very promptly and without too much hassle sent me replacements. The new ones work great and I love them. Thanks again!

I received my cloud pen and it didn't work - the customer service was great in that they responded immediately and told me how to get a new one. However, I had to pay for the return shipping when it was a faulty item. Once they got it, they sent me a replacement right away and it has been working fine, but I bought I similar pen for $30 that I have had for awhile that has worked just as well. For how expensive this is, I would expect them to exchange a faulty item at their expense.

Ordered a replacement battery for my 3.0 and it doesn't work at all. Also ordered a mouth piece and received the wrong color. Will not be ordering from them again.

The Pen itself is awesome. Eveything about teh Pen is great temp controller, LCD, the draw and the way it fits in your hand. The removable cap needs rethinking. My first one broke the day it left the store. Gaffing tape was a short term fix i was hoping. The Cloudpen service folks sent 3 new caps, none of them fit the Chloris.I tried to give it an honest try, i cleaned the pen with alcohol, tried seating from the front/back and the sides. I cant even force i the cap on, its just too tight. The cap is plastic, i would use vinyl or delrin or even a combo of these with silicone. Its even possible i got the one bad one in the whole lot.This was an impulse buy from a store front that does not allow returns, they didn't even care. I wont buy a second to try to get it to work, i way over paid for this one i found out. The concept is awesome!! Just the CAP needs rethinking.

The herb atomizer burned out with just a few uses. This was unexpected and concerning for the useable life of this product. Is the expectation that multiple atomizers have to be on hand?

Very nice company to deal with. I feel the atomizer's are high maintenance and do not hold up well.

Below average customer service, I got a defective product and found out the hard way that their customer service is non responsive after sending 2 emails with absolutely no response. Review update: I take back the first review I wrote considering they were having email complications when I was trying to contact them initially. They did contact me and helped me out and got me going again, and even sent me the updated version of the Cloud Paragon. Thanks again Cloud Penz for restoring my confidence in your product!

They got back to me right away. Even though It was a pretty small order. Which is nice these days. Most places put u on the back of the bus unless u have spent a bunch of money to make it worth their while. Bottom line I was happy thx for the quick response I appreciate it.
