Horrible Customer Service
Most reviews today are paid for so I wanted to leave one that is not. I have been a customer of Clothing Shop Online for a couple of years now and never had a problem. Shirts have always been great. But I guess I've never had to deal with their customer service until now. I received an order of 33 shirts that I guess were sized more for Barbie dolls than humans. I had to return the entire order because there was no way I could distribute to the people who ordered them from me. They received my return on March 17th and told me they issued a refund. I know it takes time for credits to show up in your bank so I gave it a few days and still nothing. I had paid through PayPal so I called them. They had no record of a refund. So, I filed a dispute. Even though I have an email and tracking showing that the product was returned and received, PayPall still had to give the company 10 days to respond. I have sent multiple emails to the company asking them to respond so that I can get my money back. Crickets. Still no response. Still no refund. This is theft.
