Prompt, fair shipping costs, great prices

Clothing Shop is always prompt, the prices are excellent, shipping is VERY reasonable, and we've generally been thrilled with the service. The only reason that the review is not a full 5-stars is that in my most recent order, one garment was dirty - though not permanently stained. The value of the item was ~$9. I contacted customer service inquiring about a refund, or a simple replacement garment. However CS's solution was to ship the dirty garment back, and then send a replacement. That seems like a tremendous amount of shipping cost and carbon footprint for a $9 item. Ultimately, I just washed the crewneck, and moved on. I will continue to order regularly, but this solution simply struck me as odd.
