Six weeks of complete failure by BT solved by Chigwell Satellite! Chigwell Satellite came to my aid in just a few days to install Starlink and TP Link boosters to my Office and home. Achieved in a few hours with competence, kindness and high professionalism. I would strongly recommend them.

What a helpful company

What a helpful company! Phoned to buy a new Sky box but was advised to try a fix on my old one first. This worked fine and saved me buying! Nice to have some honest advice from a company. They lost a sale from me this time but I’ll definitely be back! Richard

Great service, great advice

I called Chigwell Satellite because I thought my Sky+ box was on the blink and they could sell me a new box. Alfie took the time to ask me the details and suggested changing the HDMI cable and the port on the TV. Problem fixed. Great service, great advice.

On 15th Feb my Humax Freesat stopped…

On 15th Feb my Humax Freesat stopped recording and I contacted Chigwell Satellite to discuss a replacement box. I spoke to Richard who suspected that a Factory reset might correct my fault. He then got Alfie to patiently talk me through the reset procedure. It worked. These guys are “old school”…giving such great help & service. I shall certainly use them in future for my Satellite needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thanks guys…great service.

Quality service.

I had difficulties buying a new Humax Freesat recorder as I live in France, fortunately I was able to speak to a human being and in no time I had ordered a product of my choice which was subsequently delivered in under a week to my home address. Amazing service and no nonsense support. Well recommended.

5 minute chat with Richard and background noises from Charlie resolved a problem that the Sky help desk? Had no idea about.I was impressed by the quick delivery of a Sky +HD but more impressed by the after sales service.
