Do not deal with this bank in Canada! I opened a merchant account, and after a year of smooth operations they closed it without explaining why. Months later I got a letter from collections saying I owed $510—even though I didn’t owe them a cent. I called, spent an hour on hold, and was told it was a mistake and my balance was zero. I asked for an email confirming that (based on past experiences with Canadian services), but they never sent it. A month later I received another email saying I still owed $510. I called again and listened to hold music for 20 minutes. I’ll keep you posted.
