I've been using Centrona Gas for years, and they've never let me don. Most recently, they installed a brand-new boiler at my house in Penge SE20. Rachel me updated on schedules and answering all my questions before the installation. The lads arrived promtly on the day and were a brilliant team. They were polite, efficient, and incredibly tidy, making sure to leave everything clean and in perfect order once the job was done. Ben also took the time to walk me through the boiler controls, which I really appreciated. Living in Penge, it's reassuring to have a reliable local company like Centrona . The combination of Rachel's excellent organisation, the engineers expertise, and their fair pricing means I wouldn't go anywhere else for my heating and plumbing needs.

He also showed me a couple of simple things I could do myself in the future. The office staff are always lovely too, helpful and quick to respond. He was both friendly, professional and happy to answer all my (many) questions. It's rare these days to find engineers who take the time to expplain things properly. Superb service received from Centrona gas today on a new boiler installation. A company is only as good as the people it employs so a massive shout out to Ben who did some really professional work today. The boiler installation was a full days work and Ben took the utmost care and attention in what he was doing, the old pipework was disgraceful and ben has installed the new boiler and rerouted the pipework to near perfection. The job took longer than initially anticipated but its clear from watching Ben work that installations arent an exact science, there were numerous challenges which Ben overcame and the result speaks for itself. I know Ben had the option of resuming work the next day but he showed dedication to getting the job done in one hit because he knew how important it was for us, and the inconvenience it would have caused otherwise. What a trooper! a great asset to this company who takes pride in doing a good job and putting customers first, what more could you possibly ask for? Keep up the good work Ben and Centrona!
