Disappointing Experience
Just going to echo a similar experience to some of the other reviews. Reached out about a car and trading in my own, friendly guy got back to me after the weekend and took all the details of my car; reg, mileage etc. then never heard from them again. Reached out twice including an email just asking they weren't interested so I could start looking elsewhere but nothing. Just felt disrespectful to be honest.

I can’t recommend enough. James was brilliant. He replied to my email quickly and He got me sorted out with the car dealer with lead to a sale. Would definitely use this site again.

Useful offering, website gives more advanced search options than app 👍🏻
Overall a good experience and useful search option, with good range of vehicle information available to users. The website offers an advanced search option the app doesn’t have, to select more than one specific make/model when searching for cars. An option to create a login/user account would be useful to access saved searches across devices, create alerts for specific vehicle(s) user is looking for, or perhaps view messages sent to sellers etc.

Issues at the lack of follow-up correspondence by individual garage sales teams.
Only one of three queries sent via CarsIrlenad were replied to by the garages concerned. One garage never responded. One issued an automated response that they would phone contact shortly - that has not occurred. Basically, it's very hit and miss regarding communication from the individual garages. Statistically, my concerns are an irrelevancy, consisting of so few queries sent. It seems to me that unless you ring the sales teams, there is no compusion by the sales team within the various garages to respond meaningfully.
