Disappointing Experience
Just going to echo a similar experience to some of the other reviews. Reached out about a car and trading in my own, friendly guy got back to me after the weekend and took all the details of my car; reg, mileage etc. then never heard from them again. Reached out twice including an email just asking they weren't interested so I could start looking elsewhere but nothing. Just felt disrespectful to be honest.

I can’t recommend enough. James was brilliant. He replied to my email quickly and He got me sorted out with the car dealer with lead to a sale. Would definitely use this site again.

Cannot recommend enough...
I spoke to a very nice and helpful lady, (Geraldine), after doing an online check. The check came up with a mileage discrepancy and if it wasn’t for Geraldine then I would have made a huge mistake buying the car. Cannot recommend highly enough and great to know positive customer service still exists. A credit to Cartel and a huge thank you from me.

I've user cars ireland a lot over the years and a very good website for finding reasonable priced cars. Although at the moment.. website is really all over the place compared to the old one. The old website was much more organized and easy to find dealers on it. one thing I will say they have priced the lowest first .
