Considering I never got the mats and my tracking number was fake all I can say is they took my money.

Very poor communication from them
Very poor communication from them . Paid for express delivery . 3 weeks later the one for my car turns up then I have to phone for my van matts asking where they are to be old they have been delivered and I told them them they definitely haven’t to then have them say let me just look . Yea it’s here in the factory I’ll talk to manager and get them to phone you regarding your express delivery option and about what they can do for you . Never heard anything back . Once I finally got all my mats they were good quality . Just poor communication skills and very poor and delivery. Should be getting my money back for delivery cost me extra both orders

Good Quality, Well Made Mats
Easy ordering process with plenty of options to choose from. The 'Luxury' option we ordered were good quality, well made mats and look like they'll last. Can't argue for less than £40. Quick turn around too. Excellent all round, thank you!

Total let down
Total let down , waited outside 2 hours although had a appointment. No decency to even tell me what’s going on . Wasted in total 5 hours ,,, Went with my 1988 Toyota 8 seater , potentially to get a full set of seat covers + mats . Very poor way to treat a potential paying customer . If I had a option I would give zero stars .

What fantastic mats these are!
Just bought a used BMW X1 which didn't have any mats. What fantastic mats these are! The quality of the luxury version is superb and feels very comfortable while driving, and the edge stitching complements the stitching on the seats very well. Not only that, they fit perfectly around the pedals. All in all, very pleased with them. Had to take previously bought mats back to the high street shop as there was no way they would fit, even though my car was on the long list of cars they should fit. Don't waste your time – get these!
