Your assistant, Pauline Rush at your Glasgow store was most kind and helpful to me today. I was looking for a rollator and she explained everything to me and took her time to make sure I got what was best for myself. Very friendly and helpful.

Outstanding customer service.

We visited the Nottingham office with the intention of buying a mobility scooter suitable for talking on holiday with us. We saw several models but none were suitable.George then showed us powered wheelchairs. Much more comfortable and practical and we left having bought one together with cushion,reserve battery and a case for air travel Could not fault the equipment or the service

Easy first time online ordering, great

Natasha was very helpful, professional , and knowledgeable. She took her time explaining about the scooter, batttery types and weights. We were given a brilliant demonstration on how to take apart and reassemble ,plus trying it out in the boot of our car. She made sure it was suitable for our needs and requirements. The personal service we received from entering the store was exceptional. Tea, coffee while we browsed. Don't get that other stores. No enquiry was too much trouble. The chair we bought was not the one we went in for, it was better. Will certainly recommend.

I’ve been trying to get a replacement fob for my scooter. As i bought it 2nd hand. i only received a black plastic fob. The customer support i have received over the past couple of months has been exceptional. Today i spoke with Madison who had such patience that we finally resolved the problem. Fingers crossed i receive a good outcome Monday.

Went to their showroom in Lincoln to test drive wheelchairs for my mother. So useful to try them out and the team were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Natasha even became our test passenger to help us figure out which wheelchair would meet my mother’s needs. No sales pressure at all.

There was a wide range of mobility scootersof all weights and sizes, plus wheelchairs. Also electric beds, armchairs and settees and different walking frames. All you might need in one shop. Kris, the salesman, was very helpful.

Great easy to order

Had to phone after confirmation of the order. Problem was with my iPad. Company confirmed the order had gone through perfectly. Excellent customer service from Regan.

It was easy to order online. The information on the website was comprehensive enough for me to make an informed choice. My order arrived in the time frame I was given.
