Natasha was very helpful, professional , and knowledgeable. She took her time explaining about the scooter, batttery types and weights. We were given a brilliant demonstration on how to take apart and reassemble ,plus trying it out in the boot of our car. She made sure it was suitable for our needs and requirements.
