As we walked through the door, we was greeted very pleasantly with a lady called zuzana she showed us everything that we needed to know and different mobility scooters that met my husband‘s best needs she couldn’t have done that anymore to make it a very pleasant trip

Booked a walking aid for my Father using the company's online service, they said delivery will be 2/ 3 days & brilliantly it came 24 hours later! The delivery email stated the exact time of delivery! Superb service!

Bought two pairs of compression socks last week. Been looking for decent ones for months. They are amazing. Great fit, nice and soft, no rolling over at the top. They are so good, I've ordered four more pairs. They were delivered very speedily, I was kept up to date on delivery.

Great service will use them gain and highly recommend them .

Very helpful young man welcomed us into the Stevenage store. We were shopping for a wheelchair and he couldn’t have been more helpful. We tried many chairs more than once and also wheeled round the car park. We left having purchased a very nice chair and we were shown everything we needed to know about it.

Superb service throughout our visit. No pushy sales staff, just friendly advice which persuaded us to purchase a reclining chair.

Wow! what a great experience - no pushy sales patty - very kind, patient & knowledgeable staff. We've visited many times in recent weeks to chat, test and choose a new walker/rollator and mobility scooter ... we definitely tested Kris's skills but he never folded, he was amazing and answered our questions and talked us through the various products & styles whilst providing info we hadn't thought of! Careco has a large showroom with many different products - I really valued being able to pop in anytime, view all on offer & test products - we even tested to see if it fitted in the car :) Anyone thinking of visiting, please do, you won't be disappointed.
