Combating fraudulent Canadian Immigration Organizations
These companies are committing wire fraud, a felony in the US. Every person they swindle results in one felony charge for them. Inform your bank- most have actual fraud departments for this sort of thing, and they will begin an investigation. Notify your public official, your Canadian Consulates. Google to find out the role of governmental agencies that investigate international wire fraud and report this immigration service. Find expatriate sites in Google (advice sharing informal blogs for those interested in the possibility of moving to another country to interact with others who have already made the move), search Facebook sites about immigration to Canada and when appropriate, share your experience with UIS. Basically, get the word out any and every way you can to as many people as possible. Be sure to include in your posts the full name, address, email and contact number for this immigration service. Repost on sites like Trustpilot and other anti-scam sites your experiences with updates until you obtain your refund.

Unprofessionalism- Bulgarians pretending to be Canadians.
I contacted CanadaCIS regarding immigration to Canada and was extremely disappointed by the behaviour of the Bulgarian employee who called me today on the phone. Rather than providing support or clear information, they were dismissive, unhelpful, and outright rude throughout the conversation. As someone genuinely seeking guidance, I expected professionalism and courtesy, but the tone and attitude I encountered made me feel disrespected and undervalued. It’s concerning that someone representing the company would behave this way when dealing with serious, life-changing topics like emigration. I hope the company takes feedback like this seriously and ensures better customer service standards in the future. Horrible experience.

No Response for Over 2Years !!! Further Comments
Further to my earlier comments, I would like to correct the impression that I have not responded to Canada Citizenship Immigration Services emails since August 28, 2023. On the contrary, I have sent emails to the official email address on Sept 24, 2023; Oct 19, 2023; Nov 16, 2023; Dec 4, 2023; March 26, 2024; July 17, 2024; March 7, 2025, and March 17, 2025, all without any response. This is just to set the records straight.
