If I could give them 10 stars I would! Devon and her design team were just amazing. We started this project in Sept 2022. By the time the HOA got their budget in place and gave the greenlight to start, it was early 2025. They revised the plans so many times I lost count! We wanted to make sure every possible square inch of space was used for max kids fun. When Samantha took over during the manufacturing stage, she kept me constantly informed about the progress. The playground was delivered earlier than expected, and the installer we hired was VERY impressed by the packaging, instructions, and plans sent with the equipment. We had a minor issue with one of the wheels, and Sam immediately sent out a replacement. Amazing service, excellent pricing, and outstanding product. Highly recommend! Ask for Devon, she will make sure you are 100% taken care of.

Duct Tape No Longer Needed

I am grateful to Kera W. at BYO for her unfailing support, guidance and patience with me as I went through the process of choosing a new playground for our Center. I couldn't have every item that I wanted due to low budget and little space, but she calmly walked me through the process of what I needed to do to bring the new playground to fruition for our children. The old playground was about 18 years old, well worn and being held together by silver "duct' tape. But working with Kera to obtaining measurements to financing to the installation to the clean-up was truly an amazing experience! I will definitely use them again in the future. We dedicated the playground last Friday with all the children - August 4, 2023. Thanks Kera!

The equipment was beautiful and professionally installed in a timely manner. The playground is beautiful! GReat job

Difficult!

The selling was aggressive. The communication once the deal was reached was not professional in timing or style. The installers showed up at 6am and I had no idea.(Luckily someone was on our property and alerted me.) This was after I had asked for someone to contact me after they arrived. The installers had no idea where to put the equipment. Trying to get help with broken equipment is still on-going and perhaps will NEVER be dealt with by BYO. I would be fired from my employment if I handled a job or people like this. No one really cares. OVER CHARGED for installation. I could keep going. Buyer Beware!

BYO playground

Melissa was very helpful during the initial purchasing process. We were excited to purchase the product at the discounted price and she ensured that's what we got! Donna was very helpful during the installation. She was very knowledgeable and we understand that there were situations beyond her control. Ultimately, our children have a new playground and they love it!

I have worked with Rick at BYO…Highly Satisfied!

I have worked with Rick at BYO RECREATION a couple of times now ordering playground equipment for our town parks. He is very easy to work with and we have been very happy with our equipment as well! Highly Recommend this Company!

Super Great and Pretty Terrible

Mary my sales rep was super great to work with. She followed up, made great recommendations, was very thorough and detailed, and offered great customer service. Once I paid the deposit and scheduled things out, that's where everything went downhill. Everything was delayed, the shipment of playground equipment only had 3 items, which were all the wrong models/specs. So in essence, I received NO correct playground equipment on time. They are still looking for it and don't know when it will arrive. I wish I could give a 5 star for the first half of the ordering and sales process and a 0 star for the manufacturing/shipping process. I feel bad for the installers who came out and have nothing to do. What a waste of their time.

The problems we are having with the PIP…

The problems we are having with the PIP have not been addressed and we are not satisfied with the customer service since no one has called or emailed us back, or the finished product. :-(

The ONLY place I shop for Playground equipment!!!!

I have worked with Devon W. on three of my own projects for my daycare, one for our VFW Post and referred BYO to our school district. I have been VERY impressed with her professionalism each time and LOVE all of the items we have purchased. Looking forward to our next adventure!

We began dialoguing with BYO in July…

We began dialoguing with BYO in July and it went very well with Jesse to choose the playground equipment. He was always available to talk and answered promptly. However, when it was passed on to the person who was to manage the project, it became more difficult. Emails were not answered and we were given some misinformation which set us back several months in getting the playground installed. Now, in December, we do not yet have the playground, but hopefully the rain holds off so we can begin the installation on the assigned date. Once the playground is installed, I will have a better idea of the quality of the playground itself.
