Placed an order. All products in stock and shipped in one package. No backorders, which was nice. Since warehousing shipments come out of Indiana, delivery to my location is an extra two days compared to Cudahy.

I've done business with this company for a few years now and have never had any issues. Great customer service reps. When notified of any potential issue, they are extremely quick to respond and work for a resolution. I would recommend this company to anyone in the healthcare field.

I recently placed an on-line order for some nitrile exam gloves and I forgot to specify the size that I needed. I didn't realize my mistake until I saw the e-mail with my order confirmation. I called customer service about 90 minutes later and the rep told me that my order had made its way to the warehouse and that she would call them to try and get the order corrected and call me back if she couldn't. The next day I got the shipping notification for my order and it had the corrected glove size listed. I was very impressed that EMP was able to do do this in a very short amount of time, let alone the fact that my order was prepping to be shipped in such a short amount of time. This saved me the hassle of having to setup a return for exchange. I have been an EMP customer for several years. Their prices are reasonable and they ship quickly. I've never had an issue with any of my orders. The few times that I've had to contact customer service, mostly for questions, they have always been very polite and helpful and this experience was no different.
