Great Customer Service
I recently placed an on-line order for some nitrile exam gloves and I forgot to specify the size that I needed. I didn't realize my mistake until I saw the e-mail with my order confirmation. I called customer service about 90 minutes later and the rep told me that my order had made its way to the warehouse and that she would call them to try and get the order corrected and call me back if she couldn't. The next day I got the shipping notification for my order and it had the corrected glove size listed. I was very impressed that EMP was able to do do this in a very short amount of time, let alone the fact that my order was prepping to be shipped in such a short amount of time. This saved me the hassle of having to setup a return for exchange. I have been an EMP customer for several years. Their prices are reasonable and they ship quickly. I've never had an issue with any of my orders. The few times that I've had to contact customer service, mostly for questions, they have always been very polite and helpful and this experience was no different.
