Great Service!

The pressures of running a small business in todays world can be immense so to have a Business Banking Relationship Manager that you can call and actually picks up the phone or responds to emails pretty much straight away is invaluable! Louise Murphy has fantastic product knowledge and has helped me out on a number of occasions over the last couple of years. Louise is so approachable and makes the whole world of business banking less daunting.

What made my experience great was…Lanre Sodipe

What made my experience great was dealing with Lanre Sodipe! He made the whole process sooo easy and streamline. He was professional yet warm and incredibly personable. I had to apply for an overdraft and credit card on one company which I had been putting off doing for a while, after that first experience I went back for more and now in the process of a second application on another business. When I arranged for a call back, he always called back as agreed and on time. I even messed him about a few times and didnt stick to our arranged call - and he pursued with patience and we got there in the end. i cannot recommend him enough and it has changed my fear of trying to call HSBC!!! A brilliant dedicated HSBC employee who was always happy & Helpful..Just trying now to find an excuse to call again ! Suzanne GYSG Ltd
