Great customer service
After having placed an order, there was a supply chain issue due to availability of materials. Tom contacted me the day after I'd placed the order to confirm the issue, offered me a better alternative at the same price I'd already paid and confirmed the delivery date. The two delivery couriers were friendly, helpful and professional. Will definitely use Building Materials in future.

Very happy
Very happy. Alex was amazing sorting out my order plus the additional one for the stuff I overlooked the first time round. So five stars for Alex. Would have been a straight five stars overall except delivery didn’t arrive at the arranged time and had to chase it up. Nevertheless wound use BMN again
