Ho un volo tra 5 giorni per la Turchia, Andata 18 gennaio, ritorno 23 gennaio, me ne accorgo solo ora che loro hanno modificato il mese da 23 gennaio a 23 febbraio, ho contattato l’assistenza e ripeteva che non fosse suo errore, gli dissi che doveva provarmelo e che non è possibile sbagliare dato che il mese è su un altra pagina e io non avrei motivo di cambiarla essendo che è sempre gennaio, spero che risolvano il problema, ho controllato le recensioni e ho visto che non è la prima volta che capita quindi è un problema del sito! Se dovessero risolvere il tutto, metterò una recensione positiva. Prenotazione : BIT-6679137

J'ai eu un empêchement de dernière minute pour mon vol de Montpellier a Marrakech, je n'ai donc pas pris mon vol, j'avais souscrit a une assurance annulation. Budgetair ont de eux même décidés d'annuler mon assurance annulation alors que je leur avait demander d'annuler mon billet. Je ne peux maintenant plus me faire rembourser par leur faute. C'est INADMISSIBLE!!! ne réservez jamais avec eux.

Very bad memories with this company, it was their mistake because they chose a transfer for me at a very short time which was impossible to make, then I had to buy an additional ticket with my own moneyI do not recommend this company to anyone because their policy is that the customer is always at fault.

frontier airlines site not working, but the price was good, so i used budgetair.com to snag the tickets. they mushed our middle names into our first names, so flyfrontier.com kept giving me "you're not a passenger on this flight" when i tried checking in on the app with my last name and confirmation number.

Very disappointing experience. I tried to amend my ticket and agreed to pay 50% additional fees, yet it was refused. Cancellation was also denied, and customer service did not even attempt to check possible options with the airline. Despite contacting them several times, there was no real willingness to help. If everything goes perfectly, maybe it works — but if you need support, flexibility, or problem-solving, don’t expect it here.

I will start scoring with zero for the service provided by Budget Air travel company. I booked return tickets from Kathmandu to London Heathrow via New Delhi and Riyadh. My booking number is BUK-40774568. Due to flight delay by Indigo Airlines from Kathmandu to New Delhi by 1 hour 45 mins, we (me and my wife) could not connect to Saudia Airlines flying to Riyadh. Reason why we ended buying new tickets worth of £1164.28. We have bought 2× flight delay compensation service cover. I felt scammed by this company as even after Indigo Airlines confirmed delayed letter due to operational reasons, the insurance cover was bought for nothing. I have paid £40 extra for myself and my wife. I see pointless in future if the companies do not help customers when in need. I did not receive any compensation for my extra purchase of tickets. I would not recommend to buy tickets or insurance cover from this travel agency in future.

LOSE ALL RIGHTS! I booked with this company and subsequently found that I had no right to make changes to my booking, as I didn't own the reservation. They will charge you £60PP to make changes in addition to whatever the airline is charging.

Por ahorrarte 4€ por vuelo, hemos tenido que hacer el check-in en el aeropuerto porque tanto a Iberia como a transavia les dan información errónea, con el fin de que no te presentes en el aeropuerto y pierdas el vuelo así ellos pueden vender el billete por duplicado

DO NOT BOOK FROM BUDGETAIR – SCAM ALERT 🚨 ❌ MISLEADING FLIGHT TIMES & NO CANCELLATION OPTION ❌ I booked a Qatar Airways ticket through BudgetAir because the booking showed only a 2-hour layover in Doha, which is why the ticket was very expensive. One day before departure, BudgetAir updated the flight status and changed the layover to 7 HOURS in Doha. This was never what I agreed to when booking. There was no cancellation option, no proper support, and no solution offered. Once they update the status, you are completely stuck. This is misleading, dishonest, and unacceptable. BudgetAir takes your money and leaves you with ruined plans. ⚠️ Avoid BudgetAir at all costs if you don’t want your money and travel plans destroyed.

Ticket purchased for AED 5097 however got charged 5,257 (AED 160 More). If I can get reversal that will be great. I am sure team is working to resolve. Have shared the proof.

Un vol annulé, annulation non communiquée... et impossible de me faire rembourser par budgetair alors que easyjet (la compagnie) à remboursé, preuve à l'appui, le montant de mon vol annulé à budgetair, afin que budgetair me le restitue. Cela fait 6 mois que budgetair me fait attendre ... et répond qu'il m'a remboursé, en me donnant la référence d'un autre vol qui ne concerne pas ma plainte. Service client en anglais uniquement avec numéro international, et délai d'attente obligatoire de 5 à 8 semaines pour avoir réponse à un mail (en.anglais)... des voleurs et menteurs invétérés... fuyez!

Sigo pensando que esta agencia trata de engañar al cliente. Reservé un vuelo con ellos en operado por la compañía Egipcia Nesma. Te emiten un billete electrónico de BugetAir. Cuando intento cancelar por la muerte repentina de mi suegro el vuelo que iba a hacer con mi mujer, me piden que el certicado de defunción sea en inglés. La compañía dice que no tiene nuestros datos de ese vuelo Aswan-El Cairo. Sin embargo, esa misma compañía me devolvió con los mismos documentos, en español, el primer vuelo que reservé con ellos a través de la web desde El Cairo a Luxor. BugetAir le hecha la culpa a la compañía Nesma diciendo que es su política y están mintiendo descaradamente.
