Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I tried to amend my ticket and agreed to pay 50% additional fees, yet it was refused. Cancellation was also denied, and customer service did not even attempt to check possible options with the airline. Despite contacting them several times, there was no real willingness to help. If everything goes perfectly, maybe it works — but if you need support, flexibility, or problem-solving, don’t expect it here.
