Excellent 5* Customer Service
I made contact with Hannah and Sara in the Customer Support Team at Broadway Travel this afternoon. I requested a change to my hotel booking at short notice. Both Hannah and Sara were equally professional, efficient and a delight to chat to. I am thrilled they were able to help me with my request. Within the hour, I received email access to my amended booking details. My husband and I are very much looking forward to our holiday to Turkey. Many thanks once again.
