The whole experience was very good.Micheal Evans was very thorough and explained everything v well.He had to contact the hotel to see if there was availability and this he did for us and confirmed that there was a room for us.We told him that we wanted to change our flights and this he did for us.He was polite and v helpful.

Michael Evans went over and above in helping to secure our holiday. When I was finally ready to book, the package we wanted to Ischia was no longer available. On his own initiative, Michael contacted his local representative and managed to secure us two rooms. All the information he provided was very clear. We're looking forward to our trip. Thanks
