I discovered a significant leak in my kitchen late one evening and panicked at the thought of potential damage. A technician arrived within the hour, and I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and expertise. Not only did he fix the leak efficiently, but he also offered valuable advice on how to prevent similar issues in the future. Sort out the web site

Good service, advice and prices. Friendly staff. Would always recommend them. But -- the website or websites. I tried to find info from the timber side of the business but kept ending up at the Dorline part of the website with no link through to the timber side (which is in the title!) I finally found it when I picked up on the PBSbuildit link. Now, I will admit that it might be me, but I'm of average intelligence, so just a heads-up to BPS that they might want to do something about it, and to anybody wishing to look at their timber.

Delivery good, some concern over quality of goods

The delivery was good - on time and helpful driver. My only disappointment is in the quality of the sleepers. About four of the 16 sleepers seem to damaged or may have just come from the outside part of the tree. In what I am constructing I can hide the parts that look unsightly but I'm concerned about whether this would also have effected the wood treatment.
