I discovered a significant leak in my kitchen late one evening and panicked at the thought of potential damage. Sort out the web site

Good service, advice and prices. Friendly staff. Would always recommend them. But -- the website or websites. I tried to find info from the timber side of the business but kept ending up at the Dorline part of the website with no link through to the timber side (which is in the title!) I finally found it when I picked up on the PBSbuildit link. Now, I will admit that it might be me, but I'm of average intelligence, so just a heads-up to BPS that they might want to do something about it, and to anybody wishing to look at their timber.

Click and Collect window board

The process of ordering online and picking up is quite straightforward, you are able to see that the items are in stock and obtain a time for collection. The staff were helpful but it took awhile for the item to be booked out as the staff weren't sure how to do it.

Very helpful service

Very helpful and efficient service at both the general store and the timber store. One member of staff carried my purchase to my car and the timber staff member was able to get the loft board I needed cut in half as I had requested. Very happy.
