I have had an outstanding complaint unresloved since November 2024

I have had an outstanding complaint since November 2024. In the 1 year 1 was issued with two very large bills over 1k each time (I live in a 1 bed apartment and work in the office for reference) so this just did not make sense to me. The issue is still on going, that bill was suppose to be frozen until the issue was resolved but as of last week I am now down 1k as the amount was taken from my bank. I have found it very difficult or at all possible to get updates on this situation from the complaint team. the Customer service operators have tired their best to help but as there is no direct contact to the complaint team this issue is just causing unnecessary stress and anxiety.

Great and prompt service.

Excellent and timely callout. No fuss or upselling, the guy explained everything that had gone wrong and that I had actually turned the settings off for my hot water. Great to see such honesty.

AYBUKE - AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I just contacted bord gais to close my account and was met by the kindest customer service representative I've ever had. Aybuke was extremely friendly, kind and worked quickly and efficiently to help me with all of my questions. She is a credit to BordGais and I hope that they recognise individuals like Aybuke for how valuable they are for the company

Happy customer

Have been with BG for a while now and find the services to be excellent value for money as well as annual checks and repairs on the gas boiler I had requested are done to a high standards, feel as a customer to be well looked after so good job BG.

Don't use Bord Gais for your…

Don't use Bord Gais for your electricity provider! Only signed up with them 2 weeks ago and they have already reneged on the offer they made. Three phone calls later and I have just cancelled my account! Don't do it, not worth the time and hassle to switch! Worst service ever.

Gas boiler service. Great technician shows up, walk me through the entire system as he inspects it. Need a small part, promised to return in 3 days… was back the next day. What a delight this service call was.
