What a breath of fresh air! Whenever I have a query or problem I never go direct to my energy supplier (British Gas Lite) I come straight to Customer Services at Black Sheep and they do all the hard work for me; they even chase the company if they don't get back within a certain time.
Also, when you call Customer Service you don't get pushed from pillar to post, the person who greets you on the telephone deals with your query - again, what a breath of fresh air.
I have been dealing with a very professional and courtesy lady called Malika Boostani and every time I contact her she is straight onto it and doesn't stop until the issue is resolved.
My work colleague was looking to swap suppliers and I did not hesitate to recommend BSU.

I would give minus 10 stars if possible. They are rude, arrogant, pushy and condescending. They demand information re who you are, your role in the office, your level of responsibility and say they 'need' you to sign their permission form! When asked not to ring again they say they definitely will ring again. If they were the only energy broker in existence we would never use them. I find it hard to believe that there are still companies who haven't moved on from these very outdated attitudes. In the last 20 years most companies have moved to a model of customer service which involves politeness and good manners. The staff at this company have no concept of even the most basic manners and I can only assume that rudeness is part of their training.
Archie at Black Sheep helped us with the renewal of our water supply contract. He always kept me aware of how this was progressing through regular phone calls and emails and ultimately we achieved a very satisfactory outcome.
I definitely do not recommend this company. I told the very pushy salesman that I was pretty sure I was still in contract with my electricity supplier until 2025.He said he would confirm. He set up a new contract without confirming and since I was still under contract Black Sheep has sent me an Β£900 cancellation fee invoice!
The issue has now been resolved with an apology, however the amount of time, stress, and trouble It has taken is very annoying since they are supposed to make things easier for you.
I have been advised that I should sign the contract so I secure the offer at the time but the condition was if the rates goes lower I will be offered accordingly, unfortunately Iβm paying double of the current charges

They have harrassed me for the last 12 months and I have asked on sooo many times to be removed from their system
I am about to report them as I am a fair person and have never experianced such a awful company that are just profit led
Secured us good prices for a number of contracts with various suppliers over the years.
They have always responded efficiently and professionally to any queries or concerns.
Very helpful to have a broker deal with the larger utility suppliers when there are errors on bills and the like. Save us so much time.
After taking over a business in November last year (2023) i inherited Black Sheep Utilities as my energy adviser etc. Thought nothing of it until this September, we had a major issue with supply from SSE due to unpaid bills from the previous owners of the business which we were not aware of...
Spoke with Luke, what a guy, he pulled out all the stops and when he hit a dead end he escalated it to a manager Maliki who between them worked hard and tirelessly to help get this sorted... Whilst I was stuck in the middle of the Ocean on a cruise I may add.

Have used Black Sheep for many Years. Never had any issue until latest Electric Renewal which we did with British Gas Lite from SSE. SSE wrote to advise that we had been placed on a variable contract as we had not arranged a new deal with anyone. Archie took on the challenge to resolve with both SSE and British Gas Lite, and we got a quick response to confirm issue resolved. Very quick response from Black Sheep.
Sent me a DocuSign permission letter without even asking me about it. UNSOLICITED : Will definitely not be using them.
I have had another DOCU SIGN letter again today which is unsolicited.
