I ordered 2 medicine cabinets and one came broken (probably fedex dropped it) and I called them and the lady said no problem we'll send you a replacement after sending some photos. I was pleasantly surprised. I expected it to be such a big hassle to get a replacement but it wasn't. Also I could not find this size medicine cabinet anywhere else so I'm glad they had it.
Customer Service was helpful as always. Order arrived quickly. No problems.

I had a question about a product I received. It was fairly easy to get a hold of the right person and the right person was very nice and helpful. This is the second time I've dealt with this company and had to seek customer service--the first time by email and this time via phone--and both times they were very helpful and pleasant. I would certainly continue to do business with them in the future. They are my first stop for restroom items.
Push button switch says it fits my model hand dryer but I had to shim it 5/8 of the inch to make contact with button plunger. Brackets should have adjustments to make installation easier.
