One item came broken but they replaced it hassle free
I ordered 2 medicine cabinets and one came broken (probably fedex dropped it) and I called them and the lady said no problem we'll send you a replacement after sending some photos. I was pleasantly surprised. I expected it to be such a big hassle to get a replacement but it wasn't. Also I could not find this size medicine cabinet anywhere else so I'm glad they had it.
