We booked our Holiday in the Cumbernauld branch on the 4th of June we were served by Melissa we knew where we wanted to go in Cyprus and what hotel. Melissa booked everthing with efficiency the price matched ours This is the 2nd time using this branch and would not hesitate to book again always friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you

AMAZING
The service I have received was absolutely amazing, the staff on that was on that day were friendly extremely approachable very friendly and very welcoming. When I went in I was looking for a holiday in turkey for a family of 4, and I got everything I asked for, great location, family friendly and affordable. Will 100% go to Barrhead again in the future

Went into branch spoke with a member of…Poor service
Went into branch spoke with a member of staff told to go shopping and come back he would have more information for us. When we went back he was busy with another customer so we couldn’t wait as we had an appointment, the girl who was sitting doing nothing said she couldn’t help but would get the guy to call me when he was free, I have tried calling 8 times left a voice message still nothing. I have now booked with another company. Sad how they don’t really care about the customer anymore.
