I booked a Holliday with Barrhead travel Darlington to turkey 4 nights 5 days going on the 11 th July till the 15 th July i emphasised how important it was that I had to be back for work commitments on the 16 th of July when I got the confirmation emailed to me it was for 5 nights 6 days when I rang up to say there had been a mistake made and advised they had book 5 nights 6 days and I couldn’t do this as I had already emphasised how important it was that I couldn’t do this I could only go from the 11th till the 15 th I was then told off the manager it was me who asked for that when said I hadn’t the lady then abruptly said she could listen to the call as they are all recorded so I said please do that , then so came back to me saying the recording isn’t working and she had spoke to the member of staff who booked it and said that is what I asked for and iff I wanted to change it it would cost me £290 or if I cancel it would cost me 70%of the holiday price so I said this can’t be right she was basically saying I was lying so I said I shouldn’t have to pay for mistakes made be Barrhead travel she then became very aggressive so I asked for my money back in full she said this would not happen so I said I come to the office then she said abruptly , so you are threatening I commented no I just want to get it amended or a full refund , I then got a call back of Barrhead travel Darlington saying they have amended the the dates for the holiday but they will never book another holiday for us again I book several holidays per year with Barrhead travel and the way we have been treated this time is very disappointing , when we returned from this holiday I will review the holiday and Barrhead travel Darlington emphasising the disappointing and stressful time we had booking this holiday due to the attitude and very unprofessional behaviour of the management at Barrhead travel Darlington I will advise people to be very careful when booking with this company dew to the very disappointing and stressful time we have had I will post it on all social media ,travel and holiday sites

fiona was fantastic took her time listened to what we wanted and came up with options within price range would recommend her as very informative fingers crossed all being well will go back to fiona next year to book as she was great put my mind at ease5star plus
