Tried to add a temporary car onto the policy, only for the website to refuse to add it, without any explanation. As it was on a weekend, this made it difficult to get a car back to my home. I have since found another insurance company that covered it and will be using them in future. So much for loyalty to one company, I have been with AXA for over 10 years, not anymore.

I recently made a change of adress to my insurance , staff were polite and helpfull and I saved a little money , however I has a fee of Β£22 to pay as I amended my insurance over the phone , I struggle to use the internet and have little confidence doing thing on the net , if I speak to someone for me it make the whole process easier , so basically I was charged a fee as I lack the confidence to do things on line .

I called to make amendments to my car insurance. I received an answer immediately. The lady dealing with was friendly, professional, courteous and very efficient. My changes was made clear and the changes dealt with very promptly. Good job, easily done.
