You have sent size 11 shoes in a size 6 box. We have returned them previously as we received a size 7 in a size 6 box so will be asking for a refund now.

Great delivery by Royal Mail and well made waterproof coat.
Parcel was delivered on time by Royal Mail and arrived safely and was well packaged too. The coat itself is lovely as described in the photo and description. Plenty of room in a M/L size and will be very cosy for those chillier months as well as keeping the rain off. Would happily recommend. I chose the green version but a lovely Kaleidoscope of colours to choose from.

Great Reliable Company
I was a first time buyer so I wasn't too sure. I was looking for grey trainers at a low price and I found them. Good looking trainers, light in weight, will be easy to wear . A small problem correcting my email was quickly sorted , customer services were super efficient and I will be confident to order again from this company.
