You have sent size 11 shoes in a size 6 box. We have returned them previously as we received a size 7 in a size 6 box so will be asking for a refund now.

Great quality and very good service, just a bit of an issue with sizing from Ben Sherman shirts not all XL sizes are the same, some fit excellently and others are huge but are supposedly the same size?
