Audley travel made my dream come true

Audley travel made my dream come true, Lulu was so amazing sorting everything out for us , all went smoothly, We went on Safari in Tanzania, then onto Zanzibar to relax.I was blown away from everything, the Selous Kulinda Camp was outstanding all the staff, the park days on safari, it was just outstanding, had a special birthday dinner organised by Jamie and Jerry, Hamisi our waiter was a lovely man really looking after us, and Hans our guide was just amazing, Stayed at Breezes Beach Club in Zanzibar, what a beautiful place, all the staff were really friendly, the food was good, the location is just stunning, heaven.

Absolutely outstanding!

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish! Audley Travel are superb. We took a "once in a lifetime" trip to Borneo, Malaysia and Bali and they worked out every minute detail. They are manage to rearrange the entire schedule when our plans changed. One of our party had a medical issue on arrival that Audley were quick to act by arranging a hospital visit whilst the kids were escorted to the hotel - all anxiety was removed! I would not hesitate to recommend - it was a trip of a lieftime!

Audley Travel - Vietnam and Cambodia

Used Audley Travel for the first time. 2 weeks of well organised and personalised travel. A few days in Saigon, Cu Chi tunnels, Saigon opera house, followed by a cruise with Pandaw cruises (fantastic crew and food) along the Mekong to Phnom Penh and further. Then a few days in Siem Reap to see the temples. Guide and a driver for all travel and sightseeing. Fantastic hotels arranged for us. Very good flights with Vietnam Airlines. Holiday to remember.

Wonderful trip to Thailand

We had an amazing trip to Thailand. Andrew at Audley really took into account our interests and what we liked doing whilst travelling. All of our accommodation choices were excellent as were our guides and the overall trip went very smoothly. This was our 3rd trip with Audley and we will definitely be saving up for another!

New Zealand self drive tour arranged by a real expert.

Just back from our New Zealand trip. The itinerary was carefully and thoughtfully curated by our Specialist Advisor, Amy who listened to our requirements and added suggestions to create a seemless experience. We submitted a wish list all of which was included and pulled together into a driving tour that was both practical and enjoyable. Our interactions with Amy were always conducted professionally and any questions responded to promptly. This is our second long haul holiday arranged by an Audley specialist and I can only strongly recommend this company for tailored trips to far flung locations.

Stunning New Zealand holiday

We have just returned from a wonderful month in New Zealand organised by Audley Travel; this is the third time we have used Audley for bespoke holidays and each time they have understood our requirements brilliantly; Amy has been exceptional in sorting out additional guests for various excursions and our need to balance sightseeing with spending time with our family in NZ; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Audley and Amy and we look forward to arranging our next holiday with them

Great service from start to finish

We have just returned from a fabulous four week holiday in South Africa & Zambia, using Audley Travel for the first time. Would we use this company again - absolutely no doubt! Isabelle, our country specialist, looked after us so well from start to finish - listening, advising, creating an itinerary which worked for us on every level & assisting at the finish when the issues at Heathrow caused a two day delay returning home. The whole experience was above & beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Audley Travel to anyone wishing to get the most out of a special holiday.

We recently returned from our first Audley Travel holiday

We recently returned from our first Audley Travel holiday to New Zealand - it was amazing! Everything went smoothly and our expectations were far exceeded. Accommodation choices were perfect and excursions all went well. Special thanks to our country expert who listened carefully to our requirements and made our dream holiday happen. I would highly recommend Audley Travel for their excellent customer service, superb planning and all the extras that make the experience very special.

I have just returned from a short visit to Japan, specifically Kyoto.

I have just returned from a short holiday in Japan. My requirements were simple but specific which Audley had not done before. But Elizabeth talked at length with me about my requirements and arranged everything to ensure that my holiday worked and it did, the recommended hotels, particularly the one in Kyoto where I stayed the longest was exceptional. The airport transfers and the short guided orientation tour around Kyoto and the trip on a Shinkansen all worked without problem. The country and the people are of course very different but I found the experience enjoyable with only very occasional frustration with understanding directions, I never did master Google Translate but I am 89. I recommend Audley they have a wealth of experience and make it available to you.

Private India tour

We have just returned from an excellent three week individual tour of India. Laura listened carefully to our plans and arranged a perfect itinerary for us. The hotels, local reps, guides and drivers were excellent and looked after us well. We always felt safe and had a wonderful time. Audley also rescued us when our flight was cancelled due to the Heathrow closure, finding us somewhere to stay and ensuring our flight was rebooked properly. After this trip I would not hesitate to recommend Audley to my friends.
