Further to my purchase of Holland & Cooper wellies, they arrived damaged & I immediately forwarded on photos. The company went into Administration & I have been left with an expensive pair of damaged wellies that are just sat in a box.

Pleasant first experience with Atterley
Very Easy Company to work with - while the clothing I ordered ended up not working out, the delivery service they partner with (DHL) was incredibly communicative, shipped and picked up fast, and generally easy to work with. One thing to note is that shipping costs do not get refunded with returns. I would definitely order from this company again!

Packaging to be improved
New clothes shipped only in external courier bag. unpacked in any other bag. Arrives looks like used for some time. This is the first time I saw such a way to pack stuff although I have used number of different e-shops

Atterley had a wide selection of high taste-level clothes and it was fun browsing their curation. When I did find something I wanted it was a frictionless checkout experience and my item arrived quickly.

dress a bit disappointing
The service was very good but I was a bit disappointed with the dress I bought. I have another James Lakeland dress which is superbly finished. This dress however has a seam that opened up, a small stain and a pulled thread in the fabric. Since I didn't want to take the chance to return it and then have nothing for the occasion I bought it for I kept it and sorted the problems out myself as good as possible

WOW 😯
WOW. A company that amends their customers like it should be. I purchased an off white tee. They realised that the product wasn’t available anymore at the retailers. Which was not Atterleys mistake. Instantly refunded me, as I received email. Then they offered me a discount of 15% off any item because of this mishap. Today (A few days later) I noticed that a T-shirt that I wanted even more was on sale( which I would of bought first if I could afford it) and when I put the discount code in it actually brought the price down again. This is the way it should be. I know it’s only a T-shirt. But it’s the little things.:) Evolution at its best. Thank you Atterleys.
