Delivery was slow. Item received was not the size I ordered. Returned item and was still charged postage. So paid £5 for the wrong item to be sent and wasted my time packaging up and posting back Based on further contact from atterly and their refund of delivery charge - amended my rating to 4. Good customer service

I get a little nervous with international orders. I received the clothing soon after order placed. The pants were great quality and style but too small. I returned the pants on 9/7 and my refund was in my account on 914. Would def order from them in future.
