Not impressed

Ordered an item on the Saturday by the Friday I still hadn't received any dispatch notification and had to chase it up. To be told it wasn't in stock, why did it take so long to tell me that? Why did I have to chase it? Poor service. Insulted me with a 10% discount code as a good will gesture. There's 10% off code anyway. Won't be using the site again, I understand these things happen but a 10% discount code is just cheeky. Its Christmas and people have plans,busy time of year and to be messed about isn't nice.

Slow response

I just received my order, the item is not the same as described on pic. I tried to contact them to arrange for a return, as the return system on website is not working. But they only replied the first two emails and then they didn't follow up to arrange a return manually. it never happened on other shopping website (they all are professional and efficient.) I feel so helpless. Could you fix the website system asap as you guys are already known there is a system error. *I would like to update my review, thank you for Atterley's prompt reply and return was processed. I really appreciate it.
