If you live in New York don’t buy from them!!! They ship through Yanwen. Yanwen driver steal your packages after taking pictures of the delivery! Poor customer service from attere! They ignore you after the second email!
Further to my purchase of Holland & Cooper wellies, they arrived damaged & I immediately forwarded on photos. The company went into Administration & I have been left with an expensive pair of damaged wellies that are just sat in a box.

Oh my word, I almost placed an order for a £500 pair of Dita optical reading glasses, relieved I read these very recent reviews. No way am I going to risk my money. I see a customer placed an order for pricy sunglasses never received them or received his money back! Seems to be CS excuses about Christmas on late deliveries too. Why is there no delivery delay notice on the website for customers? Sounds like it's easier to make the oh sorry late delivery excuse and ‘oh I see it's been despatched’ rather than lose their money. No notifications sent to customers it seems of either despatch dates or delays? No reply on queries. A slightly condescending overtone in a reply to a customer in South Korea we're not shipping to ‘your country’ ‘And that is why’ ‘As such we haven't received any payments from YOU’. why is she not sent a generic ‘not shipping to your country’ notification? And then total knowledge ‘its most likely’ I hope she told them to f*** off.
