From the checking in to boarding was just seamless since I had already checked in on line. The customer service people were just helpful with anything you ask them From making sure our luggages were stored properly and very polite in their communication.

Improve your electronic system so that when the customer enters their information and expiration dates, the system displays an alert that the passport is about to expire. This would be a great help so the customer doesn't waste their time.

“I had an extremely disappointing experience with this airline. Not once it happened twice, Despite purchasing cancellation protection, I was still charged exorbitant fees when I needed to cancel or rebook my flight. They overcharge for any changes, charging almost double the ticket price. It was a terrible experience, and I will not be flying with them again. I advise others to be cautious, as their prices are unreasonably high compared to other airlines.plus its there sales strategy when we ask for changes they charge more than one ticket…
