I have been an Alliant member for 55 years, and your service has always been exceptional! Whenever l have needed financial help or information someone has always been able to help. If need money from my account l can always depend on timely arrangements. I have NEVER been unhappy with my service.

The 2.5% cashback rate is nice, and that's what brings them up to two stars -- but customer service is terrible. They believe that the right way to deal with an angry customer is to be snarky in both their email replies and on the phone. I've been dealing with them on a credit card fraud issue, and they continue to insist I reach out to a merchant with whom I've never done business. In addition, when they turned off the card, they cut off my access to see last month's charges and failed to post last month's statement online. There's a good chance that I will soon be a former customer.

I was impressed and satisfied how the supervisor Lynn of the customer service reps answered questions I had about the delayed process of completing the process of a totaled car. I've been a member of Alliant Credit Union since 2007 and I still think it's the best Credit Union. Both my son's are now members. I'm always referring them to friends and family.
