Terrible customer service
The 2.5% cashback rate is nice, and that's what brings them up to two stars -- but customer service is terrible. They believe that the right way to deal with an angry customer is to be snarky in both their email replies and on the phone. I've been dealing with them on a credit card fraud issue, and they continue to insist I reach out to a merchant with whom I've never done business. In addition, when they turned off the card, they cut off my access to see last month's charges and failed to post last month's statement online. There's a good chance that I will soon be a former customer.
